Geauga Mechanical Company has been proudly serving the commercial, industrial, and institutional markets of Northeast Ohio since 1950.

EUCLID BEACH PARK

Geauga Mechanical Company was founded as White City Heating & Tinning in the Euclid Beach area. This neighborhood was centered around a wonderful amusement park – Euclid Beach Park.

Our founding family and our first employees all lived in that neighborhood, and our office displays some memorabilia from the park.

GEAUGA MECHANICAL BY DECADE

1950s	Founded in 1950 as White City Heating and Tinning by Ted J. Berman. The company functioned as a residential heating, gutter, and roofing contractor.
1960s	White City Heating and Tinning entered the residential and commercial air conditioning field.
1970s	The company relocated to a larger facility in Willoughby Hills, OH which included sheet metal fabrication equipment.  A mechanical piping division was established.
1980s	The company became a full service mechanical contractor, and is renamed Geauga Mechanical Company in 1986. Geauga Mechanical Company logo from 1986 - 1999
1990s	Geauga Mechanical Company opened a complete mechanical service division and relocated to Chardon, OH in 1999.
2000s	Geauga Mechanical Company begins to offer design/build and design/assist services, as well as Green Building services.   Green Building Services division created in 2008
