PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Historic renovation of a building in Cleveland's Warehouse District.  650,000 sq. ft. renovation with 25,000 sq. ft. of retail space.  A water source heat pump system was used for this project.  The 12-story W. Bingham Building now has 340 upscale apartments, including a 1-story penthouse level and 322 interior parking spaces.
