East Fourth Street Snowmelt Cleveland, Ohio | 2005 | 13,500 sq. ft
This is the first time an entire street has been snowmelt protected in the city, and the street and sidewalk contain over 42,000ft of 3/4-in Wirsbo tubing buried in concrete under the brick pavers, which would make it difficult for plowing. The system keeps the street from being ruined by salt as well.
Mayfield Village Police Station Mayfield Village, Ohio | 2010 | 23,000 sq. ft.
This new, 23,000 square foot police station included a shooting range and heated vehicle garage. The project was completed design/build, and was LEED Certified.
