Near West Theatre Cleveland, Ohio | 2015 | 25,500 sq. ft.
This new 25,000 sq.ft. performing arts venue was built using Passivhaus design principles, making the facility extremely energy efficient. Geauga Mechanical worked with the project's engineer to design an EarthWise Variable Air Volume system with hot water reheats.
Agora Theater Renovation Cleveland, OH | 2018 | 41,000 sq. ft.
Renovation of the 2,100 seat Agora Theater built in 1913, including a complete replacement of the HVAC systems. The new HVAC system includes packaged rooftop units, ductless split systems, restroom exhaust sytems, smoke and heat ventilators, and controls.
