Flats East Bank Restaurants Cleveland, OH | 2015 | 23,650 sq.ft.
Geauga Mechanical installed the HVAC, kitchen, and refrigeration systems in 5 new restaurants and bars in the new Flats East Bank Phase 2: Crop Rocks, Crop Sticks, On-Air, Beerhead, and The Big Bang. Kitchen hoods were connected to a shared exhaust system with state-of-the-art automation.
Marble Room Steak and Raw Bar Cleveland, Ohio | 2017 | 30,000 sq. ft.
The Marble Room Steak and Raw Bar restaurant resides in the former National City Bank lobby on Euclid Avenue. A complete rehab and upgrade of the existing HVAC system was completed, which included a new water-to-water heat pump system and building automation panel. Additionally, a full kitchen exhaust and makeup air system was installed to server the large kitchen.
COhatch Beachwood Beachwood, Ohio | 2021 | 33,000 sq. ft.
COhatch opened its second location in Cleveland at the former Maggiano’s and H&M in Beachwood Mall. This 33,000 square foot location is the largest COhatch location yet, housing a podcast room, gaming areas, a golf simulator, and other areas for entertainment. The HVAC system included 5,000 lbs. of Ductwork, 11 new VAV boxes, and a new Building Automation System.
