Geauga Mechanical ensures that our designs are coordinated construction models. Utilizing the latest BIM software our in-house modelers integrate all aspects of building construction and operation—from spatial coordination to fabrication to installation and service requirements—into our designs for precise installation, high performance and maximum system efficiency.
We had the privilege of working with Skanska Construction and Prout Boiler on the Salem Regional Medical Center project. The construction team used a forward thinking pre-fabrication process which allowed most of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to be assembled in rack systems in an offsite warehouse.
